Our Feel Younger Longer retreats consist of small groups (4-6 people).

 

Designed in conjunction with a nutritionist, functional health coach, sports physician & yoga teacher/therapist. The 3 day / 2 night retreats are TOTALLY FOCUSED ON OPTIMISING YOUR HEALTH AND WELLBEING.


OFFERING A COMPLETE BODY, MIND AND GUT RESET USING FUNCTIONAL HEALTH MODALITIES AND BIOHACKING STRATEGIES TO OPTIMISE YOUR BODY’S PERFORMANCE. 

 

During your retreat you will be doing a carefully selected series of PHYSICAL ACTIVITY from yoga, High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) to walking and whole body vibration. BENEFITS INCLUDE lymphatic drainage, improved metabolism and initiating weight loss, a reduction in muscle aches & pains, improved sleep etc.

 

We will RESET YOUR MIND via guided visualization, mediation & breathing exercises focused on HELPING YOU BE PRESENT AND IDENTIFYING YOUR PRIORITIES. You will be accompanied by a health coach every step of the way.

You will learn what NOURISHING YOUR BODY truly means and how this will affect your complete health. You will follow an ELIMINATION & DETOX PROTOCOL, showing you just how much food affects your mental clarity, your weight, energy levels. Our protocols are aimed at decreasing inflammation and increasing immunity.

During the retreat you will be offered the HEALTHIEST OF NATURAL FOODS AND SUPPLEMENTATION to aid in restoring your gut health, strengthening your immunity and lowering your inflammation levels.

Our Program Includes

BEFORE THE RETREAT

  • An online/phone conversation to understand your unique situation.

  • A detailed questionnaire inquiring about your general health, diet and level of fitness.

  • Elimination diet one week before commencing 

DURING THE RETREAT

  • Live Blood Analysis and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) to check current state of health

  • A maximum of 6 guests so that attention may be individualized

  • Daily Yoga and meditation

  • Daily exercise customised for your requirements (including nature hikes followed by ocean swims, High Intensity Interval Training, Whole Body Vibration Training)

  • Detox/elimination diet comprising of cold pressed organic vegetable juice throughout the day 

  • Nourishing soups & broths

  • Super smoothies

  • Daily infra-red sauna

  • Magnesium salt baths for elimination of toxins

  • Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field Therapy (PEMF)

  • Guided Visualisation 

  • Evening Wellbeing workshops

AFTER THE RETREAT

  • A follow up conversation via phone or Skype to review your progress 2 weeks after the retreat.
